Florida Travel Baseball · Fall Season Aug–Dec

Your Kid Gets Better.
We Measure It. We Guarantee It.

Led by former Major League pitcher Shea Spitzbarth. We measure your player in week one, coach them all season, and measure again in December — so instead of wondering whether the season was worth it, you'll have proof your kid got better.

Two teams forming now: 14U & 9/10U · Rosters capped at 13
Tryouts are free · You pay only if your player makes the roster

Which Team Is Your Player Trying Out For?

The Prove It Season

For players chasing the next level. This fall, development isn't a promise — it's measured, coached by a Major Leaguer, and put on paper.

The Founding Roster

Be first. The founding 9/10U class trains directly with a former Major League pitcher — small groups, measured development, and founding-family pricing locked in for as long as you stay.

01

A Former Major League Pitcher as Head Coach

Shea Spitzbarth pitched in the Major Leagues. He runs every practice himself and is personally responsible for your player's development — and for making sure they love being on the field.

02

Baseline Testing, Week One

Every player is measured in the first week: exit velocity, throwing velocity, sprint speed. No vague talk about improvement — the season starts with numbers on paper.

03

Weekly Team Practices

Structured practices every week of the season, August through December, planned and run by Shea. Skill work, situational play, and the habits that carry into games.

04

One Premier Tournament Every Month

One recognized tournament each month, against real programs. Entry fees are included in your monthly rate — no surprise costs, no month-of collection texts.

05

Pro Eyes Video Breakdown

Shea personally reviews video of your player's swing or delivery and tells you exactly what to fix and how. A professional's eye on the mechanics that matter most.

06

December Retest + Report Card

At season's end we measure everything again and sit down with you: where your player started, what changed, and a written plan for what's next — skills, strength, nutrition.

07

Card Day

A professional photo day each season, turned into printed and digital trading cards — your player, their numbers, their teammates. A new set every season.

01

Instruction From a Major League Pitcher

Shea Spitzbarth pitched in the Major Leagues. During the founding phase, your player gets weekly instruction time with him — coaching most kids never see at any age.

02

Weekly Athletic Development

A small-group session each week built on speed, movement, and coordination — becoming a complete athlete first, so the baseball skills have something to stand on.

03

Measured From Day One

Every player is tested at the start with age-appropriate measurables, and progress is tracked all season long. You see what's improving — in numbers, not guesses.

04

Card Day

A professional photo day each season, turned into printed and digital trading cards — your player, their numbers, their teammates. Same tradition as the 14U team.

05

Small Groups, Real Coaching

Founding-phase sessions run in small groups by design — every player gets seen, corrected, and coached every single week. Nobody stands in line. Nobody gets lost in a crowd.

06

Games, in the Right Order

We won't put nine-year-olds in tournaments before we've built real ballplayers. When the roster reaches game strength, practices and games become the core of the program.

07

Founding-Family Advantages

The first 11 families lock founding pricing for as long as they're on the team — including on Shea's private instruction when it becomes a paid add-on in Phase 2.

The Better-by-December Guarantee

Better Numbers by December — or We Train Them Free Until They Are

If your player's measurables in December aren't better than their August baseline — throwing harder, running faster — we keep training them at no charge until the numbers beat where they started. No other program in South Florida puts that in writing.

"We don't fight the current. We cut through it."

The Better-by-December Guarantee

Measurably Better by December — or We Keep Training Them Free

If your player's December numbers aren't better than their August baseline, we keep coaching them at no charge until they are. Nine and ten year olds improve fast with real coaching — and we're confident enough to put it in writing.

"We don't fight the current. We cut through it."

Questions Parents Ask

What if my player doesn't improve?

That's the Better-by-December Guarantee: if their December numbers don't beat their August baseline, we train them free until they do. It's in writing.

Is my player good enough for 14U?

14U is competitive — players preparing for high school ball. The tryout is exactly how we find out, and worst case you leave with a free professional evaluation.

Are tournaments extra?

No. Tournament entry fees are included in the monthly rate. No surprise costs, no month-of collection texts.

How do we track progress?

Every family gets a private Player Portal login showing baseline numbers, retest results, and coach's notes — measured improvement you can see.

No. Tryouts are free. The monthly rate only starts if your player makes the roster and you accept the spot.

My kid has never played travel ball. Should we come?

Yes — 9/10U is built for young players ready to take the game seriously for the first time. The tryout is the assessment, and worst case you leave with a free professional evaluation.

Isn't 9 or 10 too young for measured training?

It's the best age for it. We measure so you can see progress — for your player it just feels like great coaching and getting to see how fast they're improving.

When do games start?

When the roster reaches game strength. We build real ballplayers first — then practices and games become the core of the program.
