Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you register a player for tryouts or the program, we collect the parent/guardian's name, email address, and phone number, and the player's name, age group, position, and playing experience, plus any notes you choose to share.

How we use it

• To contact you about tryouts, rosters, schedules, and your player's participation.
• To record and share your player's development results (baseline and retest measurements, coach's notes) with you through the private Player Portal.
• To operate the program — rosters, communications, and billing once your player accepts a spot.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your information to anyone.
• We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run the program (e.g., payment processing, email delivery).
• We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Registration is completed by a parent or guardian; player details are provided by the parent.

Photos & media

Team photography (including Card Day) is used within the program and for team promotion. You may opt your player out of public-facing media by contacting us.

Access & deletion

Terms

Tryouts & registration

Tryouts are free. Registering for a tryout does not guarantee a roster spot. Roster offers are made after tryouts at the coaching staff's discretion.

Fees
